The ISMS Overview brings together your Risks, Controls, and Assets in one place, showing how they connect across your ISMS. If you’re using the Linked Work feature, the Overview highlights these relationships clearly, making it easier to see how everything fits together.

Where to find it

You can access the ISMS Overview in two places:

  • Within the ISMS Project, available from the Work menu.
  • From your ISMS Cluster—look for the ISMS Overview link in the top of the page.

Note: Only your ISMS Cluster includes an Overview. The work areas shown will depend on your subscription, and you’ll only see those where you’re a team member. Custom Clusters you create will not include an Overview.

What’s included

The Overview presents your ISMS in a table format, displaying linked items and key details. Some of the key fields are:

  • SOA Applicability – Displays whether a Control is Applicable – implemented, Applicable – not implemented, or Not Applicable. (Shown only in the Controls view.)
  • Owner – Shows the assignee responsible for the Risk, Control, or Asset.
  • Controls / Risks / Assets Linked – Lists any related items from your Information Asset Inventory.
  • Policy Packs Linked – Highlights any Policy Packs containing the Control as a Policy. (Shown only in the Controls view.)
  • Latest Note – Displays the most recent note from the linked Activity, giving quick context at Overview level.

How to use it
