ISMS.online is pleased to introduce one of our most requested features: the ability to insert images into Notes and Discussions, alongside videos.

How it works

In the latest version of the note editor, the Add Image and Add Video buttons are located under the Plus button.

• Click the button to either search for a file or drag and drop the image into the upload area.
   
• You can also access these options via the three-line menu in the note editor.
   
• Images can be added directly by dragging and dropping them into the desired location or by pasting from your clipboard.

Where uploaded images appear

• Within the note or discussion itself
• In the updates feed for that area
• In the note version history
• In any associated Policy Packs
  
  

For security, images included in email notifications are replaced with a placeholder, similar to how video notifications are handled.

Please note: Each attached image must not exceed 20MB.
