ISMS.Online is happy to announce that we have made some brand new updates to our Dashboard Reporting feature!
Whenever you wish to have a quick and general overview of the progress made in the activities in your ISMS cluster, hovering over the cluster and clicking on the dashboard link will lead you to a series of widgets. Each widget will provide a quantitative display of the progress made for a specific activity in your cluster. How this display works can be adjusted according to your own preference.
Overall, this feature will be really handy if, for example, you wish to provide a brief visual report of your progress to your company's Executive team, or to your ISMS Management Review Board for review.
How to access the Dashboard Reporting Feature, and how to remove Activity Widgets
- Hover over "Work" on the navigation bar of the platform.
- Look for the cluster you wish to see the dashboard for (such as your "ISMS" or "IMS" cluster), then click "Dashboard".
- You will then be taken to the Dashboard.
To remove any widgets in your cluster that you don't want to display:
- Click "Edit"
- Untick the "Show" option for the activity widget you wish to hide. This will then phase out the activity on the dashboard whilst you're still editing it. You can always tick the show option again for that widget if you decide you want to show it again in the future.
- Click "Save"
Additionally, if any of your cluster activities contain any categories (such as your Policies and Controls, which may have categories like "Information Security Properties Affected", "Control Type", and "Cybersecurity Concepts"), these will be visible on the dashboard as well. To hide these, simply follow the same process referenced above for the widgets, but for the Categories.
